A marketing audit helps to understand what marketing channels, tactics and methods have been used and what measures have been put in place to gauge responses. We undertake competitor analysis and investigate current trends. At this early stage we identify potential issues and highlight opportunities.

PLANNING

We define objectives, tactics and performance measurement that are inline with the available budget. A formal document is created to record the goals at the outset. This plan is constantly revised and updated as the marketing campaign progresses and develops.

NEEDS & PREFERENCES

Every business needs customers. Therefore is it critical to identify the ideal customer. Research their needs, desires and preferences. Drill down into the details that influence their purchasing decisions a reasons why they choose their products and services from a certain brand.

TONE OF VOICE

Marketing is part of the overall brand communication strategy. Therefore, the activity should reinforce the brand's tone of voice. The channels, tactics and methods that are utilised to engage the target market should be appropriate to the brand's story. 

MESSAGE DEVELOPMENT

Marketing messages are created that will resonate with and intrigue potential customers.  Marketing campaigns are designed to reach and persuade consumers to choose one brand over and another. It is critically important to create messages that are unique and channels that are relevant. 

TESTING & OPTIMISATION

Decisions are made with the best intentions and the data to hand but there are no guarantees. Testing differing tactics can help to identify angles or methods that generate better engagement. Consequently plans are often refined and developed over the course of a campaign.
