TheirCare Event Marketing
Event marketing for TheirCare’s holiday program service. We created design concepts that ensure the event programs are attractive to both children and their parents. Make it easy for parents to find a participating school, review the activities available and make booking. We were asked to streamline the website event search and booking processes as much as possible.
The Look & Feel
Holiday programs are highly competitive and creating a visual concept for the events and marketing that looks fun and exciting to the child is critical. Equally, a the parent needs to feel that the organisation is professional, well organised and will keep their children safe, engaged and entertained. We created a range of illustrated designs to capture the theme of the programs for a the whole calendar year. Each program will be distinctive but retain stylistic similarities to ensure that subsequent holiday programs are recognisable as being a TheirCare product.
The Solution
Red Fred developed the 4 themes for 2021’s holiday programs.
Online event marketing
We researched and developed an online event management system that includes:
- Home page directional pop-up with relevant holiday program theme
- Map-based school location search
- Individual school contact information
- Online school activities calendar
- Relevant social media marketing images
Offline event marketing
For each of the themes that were designed and developed
- Printable school activity flyers for download and manual distribution at the service
- Posters to be displayed within schools
- Promotional banners for external use outside each school
The Result
Note: As this is a competitive industry sector, Red Fred Creative only display publicly available material. Event marketing materials that have not yet been released to the public have not been shown in the page.
The feedback from the client has been extremely positive and holiday program bookings are at an all-time high.
