Flint + Flint were continuing to roll out the “anti-spa spa” across the country and had opened their fourth clinic in Shrewsbury.

The Project
Although the clinics share the same aesthetic, there’s always something unique to that particular clinic. Their Shrewsbury store was no different. Once the site of a high street arcade, the client wanted a nod to this in some way. We were asked to create the character “Mr Nudge” to reflect the premises’ previous usage.
The graphic had to be single colour so it could be used for some single colour vinyl window graphics.

The Solution
The procedure is fairly simple, we created a rough sketch for initial approval by the client. Once the client is happy, we then work in vector to create the illustration, either with a tablet or with the mouse. A vector illustration makes creating cut-out vinyl much easier, and is scaleable to any size.
Keep your eye’s peeled as there’s a little more character to the Shrewsbury store now!
