TheirCare has successfully grown into a medium-sized business Red Fred created their initial branding and website development in 2018. In 2020 Red Fred were asked to action a website design to reflect the personality of the service. The brief was to develop a metaphor for the underlying theme of “Community: through the children’s eyes” and create a User Experience to assist exploration of the website and confidence in the quality and genuine service capability provided by TheirCare.
The Look & Feel
Professional but not corporate. Red Fred created a website design that is colourful and fun. The website design reflects the marketing differentiation that TheirCare actually do care about the children.
In a consultative process with key members from TheirCare, we developed an underlying theme of “building, nurturing and doing” and subtly promote the “We Care” philosophy. Red Fred utilised images of the children and educators in action, relevant images were selected to subtly promote each theme for the different sections in the website. Website text was edited to promote the key messages. Infographics were designed as a simple and fun way to impart complex information.
The website design included lots of colour and fun. We utilised WordPress to facilitate client editing for minor changes. All images of children and educators are sourced from the services creating a real-life insight into the services provided.
