Flint + Flint are a boutique skin care range that are proudly made in England. The company have a distinctive and growing brand and loyal customer base. When they were looking for a new agency to develop and support their responsive e-commerce website they came to Red Fred Creative.
The goal of the website was to provide an online sales channel for the company’s skin care range. The website not only reaches a wide audience it also offers a resource for users to understand how to use the products. Individuals can learn more about the Flint + Flint products and how to apply them for maximum effect.

The Solution
The website is built around the Shopify platform and the website utilises ‘apps’ to extend the core functionality and help to promote and upsell products. Finding ways to retain customer’s loyalty and keep them coming back are key considerations for any successful e-commerce website.
The Shopify content management system is robust and well featured but has a few idiosyncrasies which mean that retaining the support of a design agency is important for the management team .
